- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪On 4/4/2017 I dropped my prescription off and was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. I go to pick up my prescription and am informed that they are put off stock. This is understandable, but it is now 730 p.m. and every other pharmacy in town and surroundings other than San Antonio are closed and I can not get the antibiotics that I need for my eye. This is 100 percent unacceptable to let a customer come in 3 hours after drop off and be told o need to find somewhere else to fill prescription, not a courtesy call, attempt to contact, or even locate the medicine I need. I will not be turning to this heb pharmacy again. B.s. plain and simple.January 30, 2017by Ramon Jimenez
