  I went in for a cleaning and it's a very transactional experience. The people at the front desk are overstaffed so you speaking to them while they are on the phone sometime. The Dr. who cleaned my teeth was very quick and disconnected to the patient experience. She had someone assisting her who was in training and I was never told. It's important to share that information with the patient. They don't have a rinse station next to the chair which is annoying, I had to ask for mouth wash and walk to the restroom to rinse. I didn't even get a teeth cleaning kit, you know the packs of floss, gloss, paste and brush. It just felt very processed. I believe this location is part of a bigger chain. They good is that they can get you in fairly quickly. I just wasn't​ ad comfortable as I have been with my lovely dental office I had in my previous city. The search continues for an excellent dentist.
